Hourly rates include an extra 30 minutes before and after for setting up/clearing up. Additional setting up/clearing up time will be charged at 50% hourly rate.

A separate refundable security deposit of £250 may be requested at the discretion of the management committee, which will be returned if the facility has been left in a good and clean condition, with no damage or losses. This is payable when the balance is due.

Bouncy Castles - If you intend to bring in bouncy castle equipment or use a bouncy castle service provider during your hire, please notify us at the time of booking. A £10 surcharge will apply per booking. Maximum height of bouncy castle allowed applies, and a floor covering must be used. You must provide evidence of insurance or your booking will not be approved. Marston Montgomery Village Hall is not responsible or liable for equipment, used, damaged or damaged or accidents caused by such equipment not provided as part of the hall hire.

If you are unable to use the booking system, please contact us and one of the team will assist you with securing your booking.

AV Equipment
AV equipment is included in your booking. This includes access to a quality sound system suitable for speech, live and recorded music, a projector and screen.
Kitchen
When hiring the meeting room, the kitchen may be available, if required, at extra cost. Please contact us for information.
